How do I create an account?

You can create an account during checkout or by clicking “My Account” in the Top Right navigation of our website.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can also visit Order Status and enter your order number.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after roasting.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Noir Royale ships within the United States only.
International shipping will be added soon.

Do you offer ground and whole bean coffee?

Yes! You may choose either option on each product page.

What roast level should I choose?

• Light: Bright, aromatic, fruity

• Medium: Balanced, smooth, versatile

• Dark: Bold, deep, rich and intense

 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns.
However, if something is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

My order arrived damaged—what do I do?

Please email us at allumoshop25@gmail.com with a photo, and we will replace your order immediately.
